With Your Buddies
Work out simultaneously with your friends, all doing the same workout at the same time. Invite your friends to join your workout session, and the routine adapts automatically based on the number of participants and their fitness levels.
In each workout, there are several exercises to complete, but what matters is that the group finishes them all together. The number of reps each person does is irrelevant; the focus is on the collective effort to accomplish the workout as a team.
